Payment is made by bank transfer. After you transfer, our team verifies the payment manually before issuing your e-ticket or voucher. Please keep your booking code and payment proof.
Fastboat departures depend on sea and weather conditions and on operator decisions. Schedules may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled for safety reasons. In that case we will offer a reschedule or a refund according to the operator policy.
Cancellation or change requests made by the traveler are subject to the operator policy and may incur fees. Contact us as early as possible with your booking code.
You are responsible for providing accurate names and contact details, arriving at the departure point on time, and carrying valid identification. We are not responsible for missed departures caused by late arrival.
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party operators. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, injuries, loss or damage caused by operators or events outside our control.
